Many researchers have implemented the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM). The purpose of this document is to provide the research community with a set of queries that will simplify access to most common questions which operate in Version 4.0 of the OMOP CDM. The queries are designed to work in an OMOP CDM environment. Unless otherwise specified, the queries were tested on an Oracle and RedShift database. While the queries are "generic", they may require minor syntax modifications to work on other Relational Databases. |
